Campaign Update

Launching a political campaign when you can not hold any public meetings, speak to people at their doors, or even move freely about certainly has been interesting to say the least. I have been making some calls to voters in my district but most do not answer their phones (thanks, telemarketers) and most that do are focused on current events not the fall elections.

Nonetheless, we intend to increase our telephone calling. I also will post periodically on this site. Ads in the local media are also a possibility but have a financial cost. Given the financial uncertainty from the pandemic, we have tried to be respectful about asking people for money and are especially grateful to those that have donated during this trying time.

For those of you who are particularly bored, we are always excited to have volunteers.
